A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

Often the two cannot be reconciled. However, HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION is the exception to the rule. Modern cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors are used. Optimal image quality is guaranteed even under challenging lighting conditions. Programmable motorized pan-tilts enable remote control of the cameras, thereby reducing the need for staff, resulting in cost savings.

A main field of activity of HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION is multi-camera video recording and video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
