This work is also a bit older. This is a music video for the song Luka by the music project Abacay. The song is originally by Suzanne Vega. 4K/UHD wasn't available back then. Back then, MySapce was an important platform for musicians.

High demands vs. small budget?

These two things are usually incompatible. HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION is the exception to the rule. Our cameras are of the same type and latest generation, but they have large 1 inch image sensors. Despite difficult lighting conditions, first-class image quality is achieved. The fact that the cameras can be operated remotely by means of programmable motor pan-tilts leads to a reduction in personnel expenditure and thus to cost savings.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

HAMBURG - VIDEOPRODUKTION offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
